Cheese & Potato Pierogi
Each part of the process is done by hand: kneading the dough, mashing and spicing the potatoes and cheese, pinching the edges, and boiling the pierogi. If we had our way we’d fry them in butter for you, but during COVID times they come to you frozen with instructions for how you can prepare them yourself. We recommend that you eat them with sour cream and sautéed onions!
We have both sour cream and sautéed onions available for order on the side if you don’t already have either in your kitchen.
